A bedside table is the piece you reach for first in the morning and last at night, so height, drawer space and what sits either side of the bed all matter more than they look like they should.
Ours are made from solid hardwood, including oak, cherry, walnut and ash, in natural lacquer and painted finishes. Choose a single drawer design for a lamp and a book, a set of bedside drawers two or three deep when there is more to put away, or an open shelf if you would rather keep things visible. Buy one for a spare room, or a matching pair for a queen or king bed.
